- You need 1 bunch of terere.
- It's 1 bunch of managu.
- It's 1 of onion.
- You need 2 of tomatoes.
- It's leaves of Coriander.
- It's of Capsicum.
- It's of Crushed ginger and garlic.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 of little cooking oil.

- Wash the vegetables well before cutting.

- When ready you can serve with ugali or rice, it's so sweet.
